i feel that technology is changing and that if you dont keep up you’ll get left behind and be unable to keep up. i find that people do have problems with this topic because they are becoming to dependant on it and if it fails the world world too. yes i think that people get benefits with this topic because they will be able to teach he next generation most likely. yes there are issues arising from this topic because youths are misusing it and abusing it, youths should become more aware of it and take notice.james beckett was probably the most informing interview on youths from a youths point of view so thats why i think he was the best interviewer.

some things i already knew about living healthily, is that you have to maintain a good amount of exercise level and eat healthy foods, which are not fast food restaurants, hot dogs or most of the things in the canteen. one particular thing i learnt is that a carrot is 93% vitamin A, another thing about healthy eating is that people eat too much sodium and fat regularly and that people don’t eat enough calcium, vitamin A and vitamin C daily. Some good exercises that people my age could do is rollerskating, playing soccer and tennis, scouts is a good option because it also teaches you life skills and footy. Some good things too snack on are: muesli bars, apples, mandarin, banana, dried fruits, yogurt, fruit juice, pita bread, pretzels and air-popped popcorn. i hope you enjoyed this reflection and feel free to post your own opinion
